Sarah and Terry are the perfect hosts and their children are adorable and very well behaved. The rooms are spotless and the breakfasts very tasty and i will definately be returning next year. Both Sara and Terry are two of the nicest people I have met in many a yaer. For the price they charge and the service you get it is value for money. Nathan & Sheila Greasley 22 Aug 2011 I and my partner have just got back to Leicester from having a nice weekend away in Yarmouth 20th-22nd August 2011, We decided to stay at Sarahs Guest House and we are so pleased that we did. Sarah was extremely welcoming, her breakfasts where absolutely mouth watering and the rooms where well decorated and pristinely clean and very comfortable. I will defiantly stay at Sarahs again and would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to visit Yarmouth.
