It is ideally situated for both beach and shops. If you have a dog this is the place to stay. The breakfast is one of the best I have had and the rooms are clean and homely. Will definitely be back. Will definitely stay here again next time we are in the area. may and james 30 Apr 2013 what a lovely bed and breakfast, we stayed in the primrose room with the king size bed and a double bed so we had a big bed each, and we also used the lovely big bath which also had a shower the room had a fridge and a 32inc tv lcd and a dvd player the room was cleaned everyday ,brilliant service and a great location near the beach and free parking, we will be back in the summer dave 24 Apr 2013 I stayed for a few days enjoyed the stay so much the room was very clean, cleaned everyday,dvd player in the room, and the breakfast is vaule for money the breakfast was lovely, back in couple of weeks steve and gill 11 Dec 2012 Stayed at Sarah's for 2 nights in July this year and as always a very pleasant stay will definatly stay here again. Sharon Whiting 22 Nov 2012 Great place to stay, Sarah went out of her way to make our stay memorable. We were in Yarmouth for a skating competition and booked all the rooms. We were far luckier than other club members who went without breakfast. Because we had an early start Sarah cooked breakfast for us very early, all of our rooms were very clean and comfortable and we will definitely return next year. Thank you Sarah for a great stay and fantastic hospitality.
