on arival you get a warm friendly welcome and nothing is to much trouble for sarah she is very polite to her customers . allso the prices are good and the rooms are very nice cleaned to a high standard. plus a nice bed for comfort and a very good nights sleep. cause the guest house only has 4 rooms they rent out its very peacefull you dont get any noise from others staying there. this guest house is one of the best in great yarmouth and not to far from sealife centre.away from the town centre but in walking distance to the shops a great holiday awaits you at sarahs b and b. christopher powell from west midlands . |

Stayed at Sarah's B&B for 1 night with my family [me, husband & two children]. A very friendly and lovely place to stay. The Primrose Family room was very clean and comfortable. Sarah was extremely welcoming. The breakfast was superb. I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to visit Great Yarmouth.x |

Arrived 11th July for two nights.
Met by Sarah,dropped bags off.
To my delight the Silver room was ground level, everything was available in the room, shower, sink, toilet and a fridge.
Was made very welcome
Breakfast was cooked as you order for which any mixture was available along with cereal and toast
Access to the town centre/sea front was only a short walk.
Plenty of parking was available.
All in all really good break and free wi-fi was faultless.
Would recommend this B & B and hope at some point to visit again. |

We've had a lovely 2 night stay at Sarah's b and b. Was welcomed with pot of tea and biscuits after a long journey. We stayed in the primrose room and had a huge bath im our en suite. Breakfast was perfect and Sarah was really accommodating and made us feel welcome. Would definitely book again. |
